Track Record
Most organisations already have most of what they need to perform better. What they lack is the structure to make it consistent, and someone willing to stay until it actually holds.
Our Philosophy
We keep the client list deliberately short, and the work stays senior-led, nothing gets handed down to a junior team. SRV Summit works with a limited number of clients at any time. That's not a constraint, it's the whole point. Real consulting relationships take time and genuine attention, and you simply can't provide that at scale.

Shaun Roberts founded SRV Summit after more than twenty years working inside and alongside organisations across South Africa and multiple other countries: not advising from the outside, but embedded in the work of making operations, supply chains, and commercial teams actually perform.
His background spans supply chain management, warehouse and logistics operations, SAP consulting, demand planning, procurement, sales management, and business development: across manufacturing, food and beverage, automotive, distribution, and retail environments.
What that breadth taught him is that operational and commercial problems are almost always structural problems. And that the most valuable thing a consultant can do is help fix the structure, stay through implementation, and leave the organisation genuinely better equipped to sustain the improvement. That belief is the foundation of SRV Summit.

Our Values
Honest advice, even when it is not what the client wants to hear.
We own what we commit to.
We improve how we work, not just how our clients work.
Long-term relationships over short-term engagements.
Responsibility to the communities and natural environments we operate in.
Collective Ethos
Ethos is why and how SRV Summit does what it does. Grounded Ethos is how we work — with care, quality, and honesty. Overland Ethos is how we explore — long-distance, self-supported overland travel into wild and remote places, done properly and with respect. Conservation Ethos is how we protect the wild places and wildlife we care about. Together they keep the business honest about more than its margins.
How we work. Quality over quantity, real relationships, and good work done properly.
How we explore. Self-reliant overland travel into remote country, done with respect. Coming soon.
How we protect. Wildlife, habitat, and practical conservation work across Africa.
