Shaun Roberts founded SRV Summit after more than twenty years working inside organisations across South Africa and internationally — embedded in operations, supply chains and commercial teams rather than advising them from a distance.
His background spans supply chain management, warehouse and logistics operations, SAP consulting, demand planning, procurement, sales management and business development — across manufacturing, food and beverage, automotive, distribution and retail.
What that breadth taught him is that operational and commercial problems are almost always structural problems. And that the most valuable thing a consultant can do is help fix the structure, stay through implementation, and leave the organisation better equipped to sustain the improvement. That belief is the foundation of SRV Summit.
