Email correspondence is stored within our business email system. We do not currently use a third-party CRM. If that changes, this policy will be updated accordingly.

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Enquiries that do not result in an engagement are typically reviewed and cleared within 12 months.
